slow cooker bbq chicken

I will never boil or bake my chicken again after discovering this. The chicken was seriously falling apart. Mmmm! The best part? These can be tossed in frozen or thawed!

Ingredients:
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle of barbecue sauce (I use the Hickory Smoke flavor)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Put chicken in the crock pot and add sauce over it. Cook on low for about 5 hours. No need to even stir! Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
