enchilada stacks

Which I will refer in the future as 'Mexican Pizza on Steroids'. This thing is massive, and so good!

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 (10 oz) cans of red enchilada sauce
6 (8 in) flour tortillas
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz) can of refried beans
2 (4 oz) cans of diced green chiles

Preheat oven to 400. Brown meat and drain the grease. Add in 1/2 cup of red enchilada sauce. On a greased baking sheet, place 1 flour tortilla. Top with 1/3 of the meat mixture and 1/4 of the cheese. Place a tortilla on top of that and add 1/2 can of the refriend beans, 1/2 cup red enchilada sauce, 1 can of drained green chiles and 1/4 of the cheese. Repeat layers one more time. Once you place the last tortilla, top with remaining beef, cheese and enchilada sauce. Cover with foil. I put toothpicks in the top so that the foil didn't stick to the cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
