fiesta chicken pasta salad

There are so many things you can do with pasta salad. Here's my third version!

Ingredients:
1 package of Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad original pasta salad mix
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons water
1 cup of cherry tomato halves
1/2 cup of green bell pepper, sliced thin
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

Cook chicken and set aside to cool. Bring a pot of water (2 quarts) to a boil. Add in pasta mix. Save the seasoning packet for later. Bring back to a slight boil for 12 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool pasta. Drain again. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, seasoning packet, chili powder and water. Add in pasta and mix until coated. Add in vegetables and chicken and stir. Line a serving bowl with tortilla chips and put pasta over that. Sprinkle with cheese.
