Merry Christmas, everyone! This morning before we opened gifts, I made us a little Christmas themed breakfast. :) We also did 'snow' under the trees made of eggs.
Ingredients (for pancakes):
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
In a large bowl, mix together the 2 eggs and milk. Add in the Bisquick and stir until all of it has made a batter. Split in half. In one bowl, add in red food coloring and sir. In the other, add in green food coloring and stir. Once pancakes are cooked, cut into fours (triangles). Layer on top of each other, alternating colors. Add a scoop of whipped cream to the top for the 'star'. Make eggs and place under the trees.
