tortellini in basil-balsamic vinaigrette

Not much to say but nom nom nom!

Ingredients:
1 package (9 oz) cheese-filled tortellini
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced
2 cups of broccoli florets

Cook and drain tortellini per package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain. In large bowl, mix vinegar, basil, oil, paprika, salt and garlic with whisk until well blended. Stir in carrots, broccoli and tortellini until coated. Serve.
